If you are having trouble sending or receiving email please check the following:
For dialup clients:
- incoming email server address changes FROM pop.webfavorite.com TO
mail.webfavorite.com. You will need to use your full email address (ex.
jonsmith@webfavorite.com) as the email username.
For all other clients:
- incoming and outgoing email server settings will need to be changed
to mail.webfavorite.com (for both incoming and outgoing email server).
You will need to use your full email address (ex.
jonsmith@webfavorite.com) as the email username.
To access these settings in Outlook Express, go to Tools from
the main menu, and select Accounts. Select your Web Favorite
email account and the Properties button on the right side of
the window. When the Properties window opens, select the Servers tab,
you should now see your email server settings. Click here to view screenshots.
For Web Mail logins, please user your full username (user_name@webfavorite.com) when you log in.
