I have been with Web Favorite for about 5 months now and whenever I have had any problems with my account your employees have displayed both promptness and professionalism (Tara in Billing and Jim in Tech support). They have been very courteous and I have never had to wait for a long period of time before being served. After having tried 2 other Internet companies here in Canada for the last 5 years (in both Montreal and Toronto), it's a treat to finally be with an Internet provider that can be so efficient and helpful at such a reasonable cost.
