I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for the excellant service that you have provided me so far. The dial-up connection is great, I don't ever have any trouble getting connected, even at peak usage times. My email addresses were quick and easy to set up and have functioned perfectly for me since day one.
But the best part of your service has been your prompt and personal customer service. My emails have been responded to by a real person and in very good time, usually no more than half an hour. Also, my customer service calls have either been answered by a real person or, if I've had to leave a message, the response has been very quick, again usually within half an hour.
Thanks again for doing such a great job for me, especially for such an awesome price. As long as I'm using a dial-up connection, my only choice for an ISP will be Web Favorite. - Johnny
